Blacks are 7 times more likely to get pulled over in Milwaukee, according to a study conducted by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. And the whiter the population, the higher the disparity in traffic stops for minorities; the disparity is as high as 13 percent in the whitest neighborhoods. Racial traffic profiling has been around forever and it doesn’t appear to be getting any better. What can we do about it?
